NTC Finance (P) Ltd is a well-established Non-Banking Financial organization incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act 1956 and regulated by Reserve Bank of India. NTC has pioneered financing & money lending Industry for last four decades. From a modest beginning as a small scale money lending company, NTC has emerged as a prominent name in the finance sector and earned trust of its patrons all across the segments. The Company was originally incorporated in 1984 with the name Ajit Leasing and Finance (P) Ltd with Regd Office at Jalandhar in the State of Punjab, under the Registrar of Companies, Punjab.
In the year 2016, the Regd office of the Company was changed from Jalandhar to Vazhappully Trade Centre, Thrissur in the State of Kerala. Again, the Regd Offfice shifted from Vazhappully Trade Centre to 17/790 C, New Trichur Bhavan, Kandassankadavu, Thrissur in 2018.
The Name of the Company was changed from Ajit Leasing and Finance (P) Ltd to NTC Finance (P) Ltd with effect from 15.03.2018 with the approval of Registrar of Companies, Ernakulam.
The Company opened its first branch on May 2, 2018 in Ponnani, Malapuram District. Today, the Company operates 40+ branches across Thrissur, Malappuram, Palakkad, Ernakulam, Idukki and Coimbatore, all of which are profitable. NTC Finance (P) Ltd has a "BB- STABLE" credit rating from the credit rating agency CARE.
With immense delight and satisfaction I would like to announce that NTC Finance (P) Ltd is stepping into its fourth decade of operations. Of course such a successful journey wouldn’t have been possible without the support of patrons who believed in our business ethics. That confidence is encouraging us to set higher goals for the years ahead.

From 2018 with blessings of our ever encouraging patrons we could expand our business rapidly by becoming an important player of the finance sector in Kerala and Tamilnadu. Currently we have 40+ profitable branches in Thrissur, Malappuram, Palakkad, Ernakulam, Idukki and Coimbatore.

Almost instantly, NTC Finance (P) Ltd became a prominent name in its business segment, but like every entrepreneur sticks to their dream, we always wanted to push our company to more prosperous milestones.
